Description

In order for a teen to attend S-Ateen meetings at an event, this statement of responsibility must be read with a signature of acknowledgement by the parent/guardian and teen, together with one of the S-Ateen Group Sponsors.  This agreement outlines the responsibilities of the S-Ateen member and the parent/guardian, as well as the group sponsors and event organizers.
