As we continue to expand access to tools that support outreach, two additional pieces of Conference Approved Literature are now available as free digital downloads: Is S-Anon for You? and Is S-Ateen for You?
These pamphlets are tools designed to help individuals quickly decide if they identify with the program and to better understand the help and hope that S-Anon and S-Ateen may offer them. Currently available in English and soon to be available in Spanish, they can be easily shared and distributed in a variety of settings.
Groups and members can now use these digital pamphlets in the following ways:
- Print copies for meetings and outreach efforts.
- Share digitally via email to newcomers or for outreach efforts.
- Add links to group websites or outreach materials.
Making these pamphlets more accessible allows members and groups to carry the message more easily—whether connecting with someone one-on-one, responding to an inquiry, or participating in outreach efforts in the community.
Printed pamphlets will remain available for purchase through the World Service Office. With access to the digital files, groups may also choose to locally reproduce copies in their entirety if they find it to be more cost-effective.
We hope this added flexibility makes it simpler to place helpful, introductory information into the hands of those who may be or know someone who may be searching for support and to increase awareness among helping professionals such as therapists, spiritual leaders, medical and legal professionals, as well as mental health and addiction educators.
