The S-Anon Board of Trustees (BOT) is in the process of creating a strategic plan to help the BOT make more informed resource allocation decisions for services and tools the S-Anon World Service Office provides to groups and members like yourself. Due to the principle of anonymity in our fellowship, S-Anon operates with limited information about our members’ demographics, recovery needs, and service preferences, so your feedback will help ensure that the voices and experiences of S-Anon members directly inform BOT decisions. Completing this survey will take approximately 15–20 minutes of your time. Your responses are completely confidential and anonymous, and no responses will be associated with you in any way.

Completing this survey will help assure our fellowship continues to provide valuable recovery tools and communications to our members as well as to those who have not yet found the help and hope that S-Anon offers those affected by another’s sex addiction.
