I wish I could just surrender my fears once and for all. I think I have let go of a concern or fear, and a few moments later I realize I’m trying to figure it out again. So I breathe the slogan again—”Let Go and Let God.”  Some days I think I pray it hundreds of times. It helps me find peace. I also keep in mind that letting go by placing the situation in God’s care is not the same as giving up. Letting go is not buckling under pressure; it is placing my concerns in God’s care and surrendering to God’s will.
