Celebrating 40 Years!

In July 2014, the World Service Conference formally recognized December 1983 as the official founding date of S-Anon International Family Groups. This decision enabled S-Anon to proceed with documenting and publishing its history, and we are thrilled to announce that Along the Journey: The Story of S-Anon’s First Forty Years is slated for release this coming winter. In reading this publication, we hope members will gain valuable insights about the courageous individuals who dared to believe in the possibility of recovery from the effects of someone else’s sexual addiction. These early members’ unwavering strength and resilience serve as the strong foundation on which S-Anon continues to grow and flourish today.
