The third and final World Service Office (WSO) Special Appeal for 2023 was distributed to the fellowship at the beginning of October. Being self-supporting is key to ensuring that the S-Anon WSO remains independent and is not influenced by outside enterprises. We are grateful for all member contributions, which are used to support the day-to-day operations of the WSO and plan for S-Anon’s future growth.
Would you be open to circulating this letter among the groups you attend? Below are some ways in which S-Anon members can spread the word about this important contribution request:
• Read the letter to your groups at three consecutive meetings during the Seventh Tradition collection time and ask members to contribute either during the meeting or directly to the WSO.
• Copy/paste and send the following brief message to your group contact list via email, text message, or the chat function of your virtual meeting space:
“The S-Anon World Service Office Special Appeal has arrived! Read the letter at https://member.sanon.org/special-appeal-october-2023/ and contribute on the S-Anon website at sanon.org/donate, or via PayPal at paypal.me/sanonwso or Venmo Charities at @sanon_wso. Thank you for your contribution.”

• Forward the Special Appeal email to the groups you attend and, if those groups are served by an intergroup, ask it to spread the message as well.
