The S-Anon World Service Office has migrated the sale of our eBook products to the third-party websites Amazon and Barnes & Noble. This move addressed concerns over S-Anon’s ability to adequately protect our copyright and paved the way for digitizing all S-Anon booklets. EBook products can still be accessed through S-Anon’s online store, but purchases will be redirected to these third-party websites to complete the transaction. In the coming months, eBooks will also be available on Apple.
In addition to the electronic versions of all our bound books, new eBooks now include the following S-Anon booklets: What is the S-Anon Point of View?, We’re Glad You’re Here: Helpful Information for the Newcomer, Recovering Together: Issues Faced by Couples, S-Ateen: What It’s Like to Be Me, and S-Anon: A Guide to Public Information and Outreach.
Each vendor allows for gifting eBooks, providing the opportunity to give literature to newcomers if the group chooses. This ability was previously not available for online or phone groups to welcome newcomers. Check each vendors’ websites for instructions on how to send We’re Glad You’re Here: Helpful Information for the Newcomer eBook as a gift.
