The S-Anon World Service Office (WSO) is looking to hire a remote paid special worker to serve as Tech Support Team Chair. Please review the list of responsibilities and reach out to sanon@sanon.org if you are interested in learning more about this position.
Responsibilities of this part-time position include but are not limited to:
-Office 365 Users: On-boarding and off-boarding users and assigned accounts, providing individual technical support and training as needed, and creating new user accounts when appropriate.
-Microsoft SharePoint: Managing all share access controls for the WSO, the Board of Trustees (BOT) and its committees, and the Area Delegates by removing, adding, and adjusting access abilities to specific folders.
-Microsoft Teams: Managing Teams for the various BOT Committees.
-Synology: Monitors the online back-up system located on-site at the WSO; troubleshoots problems when necessary.
-Equipment: Researches and provides guidance on purchasing and setting up new equipment including computers, printers, phone systems, etc.
-Tech Support Team (TST): As the Chair of the TST, plans regular meetings and delegates tasks to members of the TST to accomplish priorities and goals set with the Executive Director.
