Did you know that the S-Anon website has a recovery blog? Well, we do and you can subscribe to receive bi-weekly notifications when new stories are added, to make sure you never miss a post.
The blog, managed by the Literature Committee, started in 2016. It publishes stories from S-Anon Conference Approved Literature and the S-Anews, a quarterly newsletter that was discontinued in 2012. The first issue of the S-Anews was published in 1989, and continued for over 20 years. Stories pulled from this periodical may be new material to members who never subscribed to the S-Anews, or perhaps joined S-Anon after 2012.
The Excerpts from Recovery blog is a great way for our S-Anon World Service Office to reach inquirers who may not be ready to attend a meeting or purchase S-Anon CAL, and also provides a quick connection for S-Anon members to expand their recovery tool box. You can subscribe today by visiting www.sanon.org/blog and entering your information.
Interesting Fact: Subscribers to Excerpts from Recovery exceeded 1,000 members in September 2021! You can help increase interest in the blog by announcing this additional resource in your meetings.
