S-Anon Group Verification – Q1 2019

The first quarter of each year is Group Verification time. Please submit an updated Group Registration Form to ensure that WSO staff members give out accurate information about your Group. Return the completed Group Registration Form to the WSO by email, fax, U.S. mail, or the online form by April 15, 2019.
