The S-Anon
International Family Groups
welcomes your questions and comments. For more
information you may write or call us at the address below.
When calling the S-Anon
International Family Groups World Service Office, you will either be
greeted by a message from a voice mail system, or a volunteer may
personally answer your call. In either case, your anonymity will
be respected. If your call goes to a voice mail system, you may be
requested to leave your name, phone number or address. This allows
someone to return your call or to mail requested information to
you. S-Anon volunteers will not mention sexaholism, Sexaholics
Anonymous, or S-Anon on the outside of mailing envelopes or in phone
messages left for you.
Generally, the
World Service Office is staffed from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Central
Standard Time Monday through Friday. The WSO is closed on major
holidays.
From July 15, 2010 to August 12, 2010, the S-Anon World Service
Office hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday and 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. During
this time period, you may experience a longer return time for phone calls
or emails as well as a little longer time for literature orders.
